Questions, answered

The thread does not appear on my posts. What should I check?

Make sure comments are open on the post and that your theme shows comments at all — Convocept replaces the theme’s comment output, so a theme without a comment section has nothing to replace. With a page builder, add its comments widget to the post template: Convocept replaces what it shows.

I use a page cache. Is there anything to configure?

No. Cached pages contain no per-user data, and anything personal loads over the REST API after the page. If a security plugin blocks the REST API for visitors, allow the convocept/v1 routes.

Where do I report a bug?

On the WordPress.org support forum, with your WordPress version, theme and the steps to reproduce. For security issues, email us instead.
